Sorry Records is proud to present the debut single from John Barera and Brian Abelson with all proceeds going to Bossa Nova Civic Club restoration and staff.

"We wrote this track (and forthcoming EP) as a musical love letter to our favorite club and musical institution, Bossa Nova Civic Club. A devastating fire put the club out of commission recently and all proceeds from this release will go towards supporting its staff and reconstruction. Bossa has been a musical home for many - including us, having both thrown parties there. The street corner out front, depicted on the cover, and where we met over a spliff a few years back, is the backdrop for conversations that serve as a glue for our rich music scene. Thank you for listening and to the label for giving us a home for this project. We hope to see you again soon on that iconic checkered dance floor."
